Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us and see what we can do about refunds. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS 

Due to the costs of putting on this event, there are NO ticket refunds. You may however make arrangements for someone else to use the ticket.

Exceptions

Sponsorships are also non-refundable unless the event is entirely canceled.

Exchange Process

If for whatever you cannot make it please email admin@slbeautyandbarberexpo.com with who you’d like to receive your ticket.

Special Announcement

To all current/expected registrants,

Given these historic times with the Covid-19 outbreak, we at Salt Lake Beauty and Barber Expo have made the decision to postpone our show until Sept 27th, 2020. With the nation in a State of Emergency, due to this global pandemic we feel it is in the best interest of all parties involved to postpone the event.

We will honor any ticket or vendor/sponsor purchase for the new date. Those who choose to request a refund please allow 90 days for processing.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to see each and everyone of you in September!
